Noah Wyle

Noah Strausser Speer Wyle was born on June 4th 1971 in
Hollywood, California. He was interested in acting from a young age and appeared in numerous high school high school plays.

His first screen role came at age seventeen in the television movie Blind Faith (1990). But after an encouraging start to his career, the roles dried up. He was cast in a minor role A Few Good Men (1992) but this failed to lift him out of the acting doldrums.

Noah looked liked becoming another hapless Hollywood hopeful but then in 1994 he auditioned for a new hospital television series. After three call backs, Noah was given the role of Dr. Carter and the first episode of ER hit the screens soon after. The medical drama was a huge success and was syndicated all over the world. Noah become one of the most recognized faces on television and eventually one of it's highest paid stars.

In September 2004 Noah announced he was leaving ER after ten years on the hugely popular hospital drama series.

Noah is married to Tracy Warbin, and the couple have two children n- Auden Wyle born on October 15th 2005 and Owen Strausser Wyle born November 9th 2002.
