1. In 2005 Vernon was voted Most Stylish Man by the men's magazine FHM. It's was the first award he had ever won. 2. He is good friends with Oasis lead singer Liam Gallagher. Apparently the boys love to spend hours talking about football.
3.Vernon married Tess Daly in his home town of Horwich, which is near Bolton.
